Present Pod is Kastner Creative’s first involvement in a web application design and development project.  It is largely an online wishlist application which integrates well with Facebook for login, sharing and commenting… and attempts to automatically download product images and information from simply pasting in a link.

The design and style for the site was constructed using a combination of CSS/CSS3 and jQuery to achieve a hassle-free user experience.

Whilst the main site is run on Google’s App Engine, a large part of the design process included building of a WordPress template from scratch that matched the style (sharing the same stylesheets and images) of the application website… and seamlessly integrating the two sites into one.
